So my summer plans below did not go as planned. You can see those plans here. I had some issues with the first generation laying eggs and then those leafs getting moldy. Oy with the humidity already.
I was able to get some data from the first generation. Then I ran a second round of the first generation in the outside later on in the summer. Once things got colder outside, I kept a population going in the greenhouse. In late October I started an experiment in the growth chambers to test the effects of early and late in life heat stress on caterpillars.
I'll be presenting this research at the British Ecological Society (BES) conference in December 2025. In preparation, I presented at a data colloquium to get feedback on my stats and I presented at another KBS colloquium. You can see that second colloquium here!
