Classes are going, drafts are written

One month in

     Classes are going strong, I'm finding a rhythm, and slowly feeling more at home. For one class we are writing drafts for a proposal of our choice. Most people are writing for the GRFP (flashbacks), but I am writing a practice dissertation chapter proposal draft. It's basically a longer GRFP. It's fun to think of all the research options I have here.

So far I've been better at leaving Saturday's homework free, and doing a little on Sunday. However, the weekends have been so busy with "retreats" and social events, that I haven't needed to make time that I'm not doing homework because it was just happening. 

Looking forward to fall. Not much else to say right now.
